General terms

These Terms govern access to and use of NoviTvoice services, including mentoring sessions, content libraries, and paid programs. Read these terms along with our Privacy Policy to understand how we operate. Eligibility to use NoviTvoice

To use NoviTvoice, you must be a natural person at least legally able to form contracts under the laws applicable to you and provide accurate registration information. The platform is oriented to professionals and executives seeking career growth and mentoring.

Users must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or submit personal data on NoviTvoice without supervisory approval.

You must use NoviTvoice lawfully and not for activities that infringe the rights of others, violate applicable regulations, or attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse platform features. Use cases such as commercial resale of NoviTvoice content without authorization are prohibited.

Access to certain services may be limited in jurisdictions with export controls, sanctions, or regulatory restrictions. NoviTvoice may block or restrict accounts in those regions in compliance with applicable laws.

Account and registration

Creating an account requires accurate contact details and professional information. Use case examples and profile data help mentors tailor sessions to your career context. Keep details current to ensure relevant recommendations.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Example: if your role or employer changes, update your profile to ensure scenario-based mentoring remains applicable.

Protect your account credentials. Use strong, unique passwords and enable available multi-factor authentication. If you suspect unauthorized access, follow the incident steps described below.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Case studies and mentoring records are linked to your account and cannot be assigned to other users without a formal account transfer process approved by NoviTvoice.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify NoviTvoice immediately. Provide incident details and any related session or case identifiers so we can take targeted measures and minimize disruption to ongoing mentoring activities.

NoviTvoice may suspend or restrict access for violations, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal orders. Suspension decisions will be communicated with reasons and examples of the conduct that triggered the action.

Service scope

NoviTvoice provides a platform for executive mentoring, curated learning modules, scheduling tools, and community-driven case studies. Service descriptions, session formats, and available features are published on the site and updated with practical examples to set clear expectations.

We may modify, add, or remove features. When changes affect paid offerings or core workflows, we provide advance notice and transition guidance with scenario-based examples to illustrate how users are affected.

While NoviTvoice strives for reliable availability, occasional maintenance, updates, or third-party interruptions may occur. We publish scheduled maintenance notices and post-mortem summaries for significant outages with case-oriented remediation steps.

Platform rules and acceptable use

Users must adhere to behavior and content rules designed to maintain a respectful, professional environment. Below are key conduct items with examples illustrating each rule.

  • Professional conduct: communicate respectfully with mentors and peers. Example: provide constructive feedback on mentoring sessions rather than abusive remarks.

  • Protect confidentiality: do not disclose confidential case materials without consent. Example: sharing a fellow participant’s mentoring notes externally requires explicit permission.
  • Respect intellectual property: only post content you own or have rights to use. Scenario: uploading licensed workshop materials without authorization is a violation.
  • Appropriate use of resources: do not abuse scheduling or trial systems. Practical case: repeatedly booking mentorship slots and canceling without valid reason may result in limits.
  • Compliance with laws: follow applicable law in all interactions and content shared on NoviTvoice.

User content and contributions

Users may submit profile information, comments, case studies, session notes, and other content. Content submissions help create practical learning resources, but must comply with platform rules and intellectual property requirements.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit, subject to any third-party rights. When you post content to NoviTvoice you represent that you have the rights to do so.

By submitting content, you grant NoviTvoice a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use the content to provide and promote the service, including use in anonymized case studies and aggregated training materials.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Avoid sharing sensitive personal data of others without consent. Use scenarios and redacted examples when sharing case studies to preserve privacy.

NoviTvoice may remove content that violates terms or applicable law. If you request removal of content you submitted, provide specific identifiers; we will respond with a plan and timeline based on the case complexity.

Intellectual property

NoviTvoice and its licensors hold intellectual property rights in the platform, branding, course materials, and software. Users are granted limited rights to access and use content for personal, non-commercial development unless otherwise agreed.

  • Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute NoviTvoice proprietary materials without authorization.
  • Do not use NoviTvoice branding or logos in ways that imply endorsement without written consent.
  • Do not reverse-engineer platform software or attempt to extract proprietary datasets.

Paid services and subscriptions

NoviTvoice offers paid mentoring packages, workshops, and subscription plans. Each paid service is described with practical outcome scenarios, session counts, and support levels so you can select the package that aligns with your career objectives.

Pricing for mentoring packages and subscription tiers is listed on the NoviTvoice website. Case examples show how typical participants use each tier (e.g., executive onboarding package for new leaders vs. targeted negotiation skills workshops).

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Accepted methods are listed at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are shown before payment confirmation. For business purchases, include accurate billing details to support record keeping.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. We provide examples of cancellation scenarios and pro-rated adjustments where applicable. Check your plan's terms for specific renewal and notice periods.

Refunds are considered case-by-case. For issues such as unfulfilled sessions or demonstrable platform errors, we review evidence and may offer partial or full reimbursements based on the specific scenario and time elapsed since purchase.

Users are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction. NoviTvoice will collect taxes where required and display tax amounts during checkout for transparency.

NoviTvoice may change prices or fees. For existing subscriptions, we provide advance notice and practical examples of how the change affects renewals and upgrade/downgrade options.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of access to paid features. We provide a grace period and case-based remediation steps to recover access where appropriate.

Disclaimer

Content and mentor guidance are based on professional experience and illustrative case studies; individual results vary depending on circumstances and user actions. NoviTvoice does not provide legal, medical, or business advice tailored to individual legal needs unless explicitly stated in a specific engagement.

Limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, NoviTvoice and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service. Liability for direct damages arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct is subject to applicable legal limits and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Third-party services and integrations

Termination and suspension

Upon termination, access to paid content and user dashboards will cease. We will retain certain records as required by law and may provide a downloadable archive of user-submitted content where feasible and appropriate, following identity verification.
